I began Spravato in May 2024, and at first, it was really helpful. I was finally able to manage daily tasks I had been neglecting because of my depression. Before treatment, I carried a constant heaviness that I couldn’t shake. Spravato made it better, but it never fully went away. I was still struggling with irritability, anxiety, and low motivation. At the end of July this year, I started TMS, and it has been truly life changing. It has been the best decision I’ve ever made for myself. For the first time in my life, I feel normal. That overwhelming heaviness is completely gone, and the clarity I now have is incredible. My favorite part of this journey has been how I view my trauma.
